Started his career as a sales executive in a nonprofit organization opened his eyes to a new world. His leadership qualities are his strength and working with people is his driving force. He thinks people make an organization worth working and that’s the reason why he devoted almost 10 years of his life working for a single organization.
However, with limitations comes opportunity, which led to the inception of an idea to start his own company which can cater to various causes and different ethical and professional values. Hence, we started Natcare with the same vision.
Mr. Sriniwaas Goud

Comes with vast and varied experience , starting young yet passionate , he delved into facilities management field where he devoted 5 years of his career. Later , he saw an opportunity to work for a non profit called Greenpeace and there was no looking back . The thrill of meeting people and talking to them, empowering them to create change was something that kept him going in this field. Later in 2015, he joined Natcare HR Consultancy Pvt Ltd and went up the ladder to head the sales and marketing unit .
Now he is a self made man boasting a career starting from scratch and reaching the top .
Mr. Srikanth Jain

Coming from the same background, started with Greenpeace as a field executive. Their passion to make a difference and engage and empower people to do the same made him fall in love with wildlife and nature. A wildlife and travel enthusiast by nature helped him work for nonprofits. He has a vast experience not only in direct marketing as well as tele-calling. Connecting with people and discussing it all keeps him going and inspires many individuals.
Mr. Mukul Ranjan

Rapid & sustainable user growth is his true passion. Putting a life-changing concept on the mind of millions of people is his role in bringing a long-lasting change. Empowering a team to do the above provides him with enormous gratification. Started his career with sales in a leading multinational motor vehicle company in the year 2017. Later on moved to a non-profit organization, where he got the skills to take challenges as an individual in personal & professional platforms. Joined Natcare in 2018. where he played a prominent role to build up a team that stood the best across India.
At NATCARE solutions Pvt. ltd, he has the unique privilege to focus on becoming a fast-paced & leading profitable start-up in marketing & promotional activities.
Mr. Shinu Krishnan

Introduced into the field of philanthropy back in 2009,Started the journey as a volunteer teacher in a charitable school, provided own tuition classes for children of the locality. Got an opportunity and moved to Pune to explore more about NGOs, awareness, branding, promotion and sales. Worked at varied positions for various clients and then joined NATCARE in 2018 as a Training and Development Manager and Presently working as an Assistant Manager for Tele facing strand . Motivation to bring change and getting inspiration from people and inspiring them in return always keeps me going .
Mrs. Sayali Khole
- Administrative & Accounts Officer
Previous NGO experience and Project coordination gave her an edge and understanding to effectively manage finances and coordinate with people . Started her admin and finance operations journey with Natcare in 2015 and ever since she has been involved in the same and loves working on it.
Mr. Vijaykumar Dadge

Graduated in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, after completing graduation he joined B4S Solutions Pvt Ltd as an MIS Executive.He Joined Natcare in 2019 as Senior Admin Officer, Enjoys his work here, and learning new things excites him to keep going forward
Swati Savarn

Being from a social and environmental studies background, she started her career with excitement of bringing a change. Fundraising in the initial stage of her career brought about a lot of confidence and a feeling that a life is impacted gave the satisfaction.
Got opportunity to pursue her career in public engagement and corporate social responsibility gave her passion the wings to fly.
Many doors opened which brought many exciting projects and learnings to handle and manage teams with different global organizations before joining Natcare.
Since then there is no looking back for her.
Slowly she has developed her understanding of operations in an organization and how to contribute towards its growth.
Currently she is working as an HR Director and wishes to make the company grow many folds in terms of manpower and productivity.
